Car Audio Promotion Rules & Requirements 

1. Collaboration Requirements

•    Brands must provide full details about the product, campaign goals, and expectations.
    •    Products must be shipped at no cost to me, and must be received at least 2 weeks before the agreed-upon posting date.

2. Content Creation & Delivery
    •    I will create honest and high-quality content, including:
    •    Product overview
    •    Installation process (if applicable)
    •    Performance demo and/or review
    •    Brands may not dictate my opinions or require scripted reviews.

3. Compensation Policy
    All collaborations require at least one of the following:
    •    Monetary payment based on deliverables

4. Timeline & Scheduling
    •    Content will be delivered within 14–30 days of receiving the product unless otherwise agreed upon.
    •    Urgent or expedited content may require an additional fee.

5. Content Usage Rights
    •    Brands may repost my content with credit.
    •    To use my content in paid advertising or permanent campaigns, a separate licensing fee may be required.

6. Exclusivity
    •    I do promote direct competitors  unless exclusivity is paid for.
    •    Exclusive brand partnerships are available with premium packages.

7. Disclosure
    •    All sponsored content will include appropriate disclosures per FTC guidelines (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

8. Cancellation Policy
    •    If a brand cancels after I begin content creation, no refunds will be given.
    •    If product is not delivered on time, posting dates may be delayed or renegotiated.
